The Moon Quonset Hut Vacation Rental Heated & Chilled Pool

It was great for a large group. Was able to spend time together and still have the privacy of our rooms and bathrooms. Graham was a great host, communication was easy, will definitely return!

The entire property

The neighborhood of the property is very quiet and accessible to a nice path on the nearby Mississippi River. The space served my group well, especially the little courtyard between the rooms. There were ample bathrooms for my group of 8, and the air conditioning worked very well. Everyone had sufficient bath towels. The pool was a nice addition, and was fairly clean. I was expecting it to be quite buggy, but surprisingly not so. Graham was an excellent host, and very responsive despite him working during the Jazz Fest.

I think the cleaning service could do a better job. While the room itself was very clean, I think the bedding could be fresher (no obvious stains, but perhaps the sheets were in place for some time before our arrival?). The courtyard isn't completely covered (there's a tarp-like covering), so when it rained we only had a little bit of shelter from the rain. The courtyard was also a bit prone to collection of rainwater.

Overall cleanliness was obvious… deep cleaning (baseboards, crevices etc can be cleaned better)

This was a unique stay in the middle of a very walkable area. My coworkers loved having their own bathrooms.
