Мне сначала предложи отказаться от бронирования, по причине ремонта, это было за день до заеза. Так как это не соответствует правилам букинга и мне не возвратятся деньги, я попросил их самостоятельно снять бронь и предложить мне альтернативное жилье, на что они ответили письмом, они жду меня в установленое время по месту бронирования. Когда мы приехали небыло ни ключа, и попасть в апартаменты не смогли. Ответ был такой :мы вам предложили отменить бронь, а вы отказались Досвидания.
