"Nice place, decent location, professionally run. Elevator needs to be fixed"

Large and spacious. It was clean and comfortable. Only two of us so lots of space. Getting info and response was good.
Heating system in the apartment, either too warm or not warm enough. Not really enough hot water to have 2 showers and the elevator
