Location, if the weather is good - is excellent. For us it was not so great so it felt extra damp due to proximity to one side the harbour and on the other side the beach. Amazing to have a car space. Nice restaurant near by and Tesco next door.

I would not recommend for 4 adults. One bedroom is great but the 2nd and 3rd bedroom don’t have windows and this was a challenge for some people in our group. The car space is challenging to manoeuvre for a big car.

Location, close to beach and bus stop , being of a certain age we parked the car when ( in allocated parking space) we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left . Used buses to go to Swanage, Poole and Bournemouth, and bus even goes on the Sandbanks ferry. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped , also appreciated the welcome pack .

The building is very tired and could use a bit of a make over inside and out , however once you’re in the apartment and close the door that doesn’t matter .

Fantastic location - clean, comfortable and all essential amenities available at property. Communication with owner was excellent.

Parking in the allocated space was a little tricky when car park was full.

The location of the apartment is hugely convenient. It is a short stroll away from the beach and some eateries, and there is a Tesco Express right next door for provisions. The apartment itself is spacious with 2 double beds and a bunk bed, well equipped kitchen, living/dining, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with a table/chairs to sit and relax to a lovely view. The space was very clean and very well-maintained with all the necessary amenities available. The apartment and the area is also very safe so suitable for families and kids. The building also has a small lift which is helpful for accessibility if needed. The host Sheralee was friendly and very efficient with reverting to any queries and very accommodating with check in and out times. Will certainly return to stay here again!

There really isn’t anything to fault the apartment. Perhaps the only thing to note is the communal area has a bit of a stale smell and food smells from other apartments does seep into the corridors but that’s a really minor issue.
