Apartment is very clean, and utensils were new, parking around the building was possible, in terms of location it is close to supermarkets and restaurants

Upon arrival the application by which the door should open didn't work, we had to ring randomly on neighbors to open for the us the door, luckily my wife is Italian and managed to take to the neighbors. After check in, the hosts stops relying to your messages/questions. They say that there is an A/C, the problem is that the A/C is only installed in the living room, the bedroom temperature reached 29.5C and we couldn't sleep, last night i went to buy a fan which helped. The lack of communication with the hosts was disappointing. Although there is an elevator, there are a number of steps to reach there, so not recommended if you have a stroller like us or someone using a wheel chair.

Excellent location and facilities within the apartment

A welcome pack of a couple of dishwasher tablets, teabags etc would have been nice but not a problem as there are supermarkets nearby

We came to Collegno where we used to live and we already knew the area. It's very comfortable to get everywhere you need as you have the subway just 5 minutes walk. Loads of restaurants and bars around as well and not even 5 minutes drive there are 2 big shopping centers. As for the apartment, it's really nice, modern with everything you need inside. We'll definitely check if it's available next time we come to visit family and friends.

As we used all the time to open the building and the apartment door with the link provided, we tried the keys as well but I don't know why they didn't work so we used at the end just the phone.

Clean, spaceous, well furnitured, fully ecquiped kitchen, warm, cosy bed and couch, two balconies. Situated in a quiet area, easy to reach by metro and bus, with several great options nearby for food both in the morning and evening. Great place!
