"Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten"

Super Ferienwohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen in einem tollen Garten mit Zitronenbäumen, Weinreben und Granatäpfeln. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Wohnung groß, zweites Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine im EG vorhanden. Alles ist auf italienisch und englisch gut beschriftet. Kontakt zum Vermieter super einfach über WhatsApp. Parkplatz zwei Häuser weiter in einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Supermarkt, zwei Bäckereien und ein Pizzadienst zu Fuss erreichbar. Ebenso Circumvesuvia-Bahnhof für Ausflüge nach Neapel oder Pompeji. In direkter Nachbarschaft liegt die Villa Oplontis, eine sehenswerte Welterbestätte im Stil vom Pompeji. Zufahrt zur Fewo über eine kleine Seitenstrasse, Autobahnausfahrt keine 500 Meter entfernt (Autobahn hört man aber nicht). Netter, kleiner Hund bei den Bewohnern der anderen Haushälfte vorhanden, ist aber unaufdringlich und bellt nicht.

Zugang zum zweiten, oberen Schlafzimmer über eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe. Klimaanlage nur für Küche mit Essbereich, Wohnzimmer heiss, obwohl mobile Lüfter vorhanden sind (Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren).
