"It was a very nice apartment with a great view and a great location."

It was close to tons of food options within walking distance. A short uber ride to other places we wanted to visit.

There were other people in the building that were smoking weed. So I didn’t like that we had to walk through that smell in the hallway occasionally. But obviously the property can’t control who might be smoking in places they aren’t supposed to,

I like to where the property was located easy to get to and I had a nice view

What was concerning about the property was that there was a northeaster and I asked if I could check in a few hours early. They told me I could, but I’d have to pay $99. But wait it gets better. The second day of a three day stay in which I paid close to $1850, I signed by the elevator said that there would be no water from 8 to 5 for two of the three days which I was there. This was not part of the original agreement and I reached out to the management team. They told me sorry for the inconvenience and they found out and told me about it. I had seen it hours before they reached out to me. I expected some type of compensation for my inconvenience being that they build me when I booked two weeks in advance. I got the runaround through multiple email exchanges telling me that I was a great renter but nothing they could do about it. That’s a bunch of BS. I’m a landlord myself for rental properties in Florida and at a ski resort. And if something affects the renters, no matter with whether it’s a fault of my own or a utility company. You do the right thing. They offer me a voucher for a future stay, but I wanted to make certain that this day was corrected because that would be the true value and how they actually work and care about the end person. Very dissatisfied in how they handled this whole situation. They said it was the problem of the facilities team to where the apartment was located and that they could do nothing about it. They were eager to take my money two weeks in advance and charge me $99 if I wanted to check in three hours early or $99 if I wanted to check out three hours later. Please take this review as honest and sincere. I gave them ever every opportunity to make it right and they did nothing to give me anything to at least appease my inconvenience.

Gorgeous views of Boston. Excellent location . Quiet and comfortable. Great coffee shop and ice cream shop just downstairs

Latch key entry system a little tricky, but management was very helpful and responsive

Excelente ubicación, vista maravillosa y linda decoración. Departamento muy cómodo y lindo.
