Beautiful apartment near to Puerto Banus

Location was reasonable. Shame the highway restricts direct access to beaches and town centre. Apartment facilities were all we could ask for. Cleanliness excellent. Our contact Nader was excellent. Helpful, friendly and professional.

Would have appreciated a second set of keys or at least a method of allowing individuals access without being restricted to one set of keys. We were a family goup of two couples which meant we were always tied to some sort of agreed arrangement to gain access. Main trash bins were a little remote.

The apartment was very good with all the required facilities.

Host was friendly. Good location, short walk to beach and 20 minute walk into Puerto Buenos. Property grounds were well kept.

The kitchen was not cleaned to a high standard, greasy fingermarks on the microwave and cooker and something had been spilt in the fridge and had not been cleaned up properly so there was a bad smell. There were no cloths or sponges left in the property to wipe down surfaces or clean. Appreciate it was coming to the end of a busy season, but towels were faded and worn. The locks on main doors to the balcony did not work and the shutters in the main bedroom were broken.

We were 4 girls staying in this Marbella apartment and absolutely loved everything about it! The location was perfect, the facilities were great, and the whole apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony – it was so handy and perfect for relaxing. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Extremely clean, spacious and well supplied.

It’s a beautiful apartment, very good size for a family. Kitchen fully equipped, you can anything you need in the apartment. Very clean. Beautiful pool. Host was very nice. Only 15min walking distance from Banús port. I would recommend 100% to stay at this property.

Only downside check out time 10am. For those who likes to sleep longer in the morning😀

Apartment block is shabby with ongoing renovations. Some areas smelled heavily of marijuana Location is very close to busy highway

Lovely property and super helpful host who added us an extra night with no issue at all.

It’s a little noisy due to the sound insulation with the other apartments and road noise, which were not used to.
