Stylish Modern Flat with Juliet Balcony & Parking

Responsive property management.

No kitchen supply for cleaning (paper towel or cleaning clothes). Pop and peal bath room floor. Stiff lock at the front door. Unclear parking space marking.

The place needs a deep clean. The pull out mattress our fourth guest used needs replacing asap.

Not very clean.

It a lovely spacious flat with all amenities. It has convenient parking which is close enough to the entrance. Wi-fi was also good, no issues. The place is a bit distant from the city centre, but there are several local businesses in 10 minutes work, for instance our Pizza was delivered in 2 minutes.

Everything was great

Location : we needed somewhere close to Robroyston with easy transport links to Ayrshire. Both met. Car parking space yes Facilities : separate kitchen. 2 bedrooms: my husband has a back condition so we found mattress soft. Shower was great.

As above we found the bed soft.

The property is in a area close to the town, relatively quiet though located next to a warehouse and a road crossing, good amount of parking space- never had issue with finding a space. The flat is good size with comfortable beds though small bedroom beds were missing slats. Good size rooms and kitchen. First floor with no lift but steps are not high.

The entry door to the flat was very hard to use, an elderly person like my mum who is active struggled as well as I did, at the end of the stay my hand was all red and in pain from trying to close and open the warped door with "smart" lock with hooks that had to go in the holes for the key to twist. At the arrival it took me over 20 min to close it and figure out how much I have to press and push for the lock to work. Property management kindly answered my call and tried explaining how to close it however some sentences came across as patronising - I will give them points for trying though the guidance wasn't anything extra on top of what I was already doing. There was no plug in the bathtub, water in the shower was just about warm and small bedroom window had a broken handle so I was never able to close it. There was a bit of mould in the shower corners and the tiles in the bath smelled of bleach when we arrived but were yellow from dirt in some places.

Easy parking and a 30 min. walk to the city center. Apartment is complete with fully equipped kitchen, including laundry machine. Instructions via e-mail on check in and check out were very clear and easy to follow.

Lock to get into the apartment is not so easy to use (you need to apply a lot of force on the handle to open the door) Bathroom is not perfect. Showerhead does not stay in the right position, there is some mold in the corners. We could not get the TV to work. Might be good to add a small instruction. There is not a lot of closet space, there are closet doors in the rooms, but no shelves behind them.
