Couch leg was broken and missing. This was supposed to be a second bed. Toilet seat was not affixed to the toilet, bidet was leaking badly (had to turn the toilet off and on to use), and no toiletries. Tried to communicate with the property owner but they never responded.

We reserved the unit a week before but the host canceled our reservation day before our check in date.

Location is great, near to the mall and has supermarket and cafe downstairs. There was nighttime markets 50m away. Staff were great and friendly.

Expected a lot better for the price . On first arrival everything was dirty, had to buy cleaning products and spent the first hour cleaning. Oven was disgusting. Very poor maintenance, cupboard doors falling off, handles broken, cheap broken and missing cutlery (dirty), cheap linen, pillows are old. Not enough towels for guest. Kettle was faulty. Shower head broken and falls down, 2 used bars of soap from other guests laying on floor of bathroom. An old broken mirror was left behind the tv unit. Mirror glass on floor injured kids feet. Needs instructions of where everything is located, had to ask everyone where to take rubbish, where to locate the pool and gym.

The apartment was very spacious and has a lot of basic ammenities including washing machine and microwave oven... and you can even bake if you feel like doing so. Venice Piazza is so near you can smell the food from the neighborhood
