Nothing significant. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.

I had a very disappointing experience at Venus Hotel. I had booked a room through Booking.com about a month in advance. However, upon arrival, the receptionist initially denied having any booking under my name. When I mentioned the booking date, I was told that bookings made a month earlier are automatically cancelled, which was quite surprising and unprofessional. After checking their register again, they were finally able to locate my booking. I was then assigned an AC room, even though it appeared that the staff was already aware that the air conditioning was not functioning. After multiple requests, the room was eventually changed. Additionally, the staff persistently insisted that I order food. When I finally did, I ordered a special thali, but the quality of the food was very poor—especially the paneer dish, which seemed spoiled. Overall, the service, coordination, and food quality were highly disappointing. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Cockroaches are everywhere in the room .room was not upto the mark and clean.didn't recommend to stay

No Pillows in my room, requested for it. He said he'll bring it and forgot about it, so I ended up sleeping without one. I was also disturbed at 11pm mid sleep by another guest due to the counter unknowingly double booking them in my room. So lost sleep because of the loud bang on the door. Which I had to open and tell them it was occupied.
