Es un apartamento súper nuevo, muy bien ubicado cerca de todo y con el punto de tener plaza de parking que en esa zona es indispensable.

Por ponerle una pega que no cogimos el que tenía balcón, y me hubiese gustado tener terraza.

La ubicación, la terraza(1.planta) y los detalles que nos dejaron los dueños (infusiones, jabón LVV, esponja de lavar y bayeta, jabón de manos...)

Si se utiliza el sofá-cama para dormir, las mesas están en el salón-comedor o en la terraza que tiene acceso desde el salón-comedor. Un poco incomodo si se tienen distintos horarios de despertar porque en la cocina no hay ni barra de desayuno ni taburete.
