Oasis en el corazón de Granada con Parking Gratis

El lugar es ya todo un regalo. La ubicación excepcional, realmente todo el conjunto hace de este sitio un lugar ideal para disfrutar de Granada.

Lo cierto es que nada me disgusto.

Muy acogedor tranquilo limpio serca de todo nos gusto mucho

El salón es muy amplio y la ubicación es idónea.

La habitación de las camas individuales se hace pequeña para dos personas

The apartment is around 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. There are supermarkets around.

The process of collecting the room key was a nightmare. The check-in app displayed a door access code, but there was no keypad to enter it. We contacted the service center, but they didn’t speak English and asked us to communicate via WhatsApp. Through WhatsApp, we learned that the main gate could only be unlocked by pressing a button within the check-in app — not with a physical code. Once inside the main gate, we collected the apartment key from a lockbox, but this key did not open the main gate itself. The apartment was far from hygienic. There were insects everywhere — spiders, cockroaches, and ants. When we arrived, there was a trail of ants in every room. We had to spray insect killer in all corners ourselves. When we informed the property handler, we were told this was “normal” due to the hot weather. The drying rack for clothes was laughably small, barely able to hold 4–5 T-shirts. There was no dishwasher. Despite being promoted as “fully air-conditioned,” one bedroom (the one with the split bed) had only a fan and no air-conditioning. This made it extremely uncomfortable during hot summer days. This room has almost no wi-fi connection at all. Noise rules also seemed one-sided. The apartment had strict warnings about making no noise after 11 p.m., claiming an automatic alarm would alert the police. However, the people in the unit above us partied and shouted late into the night without consequence. The shower door constantly got stuck, adding to the frustration. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with this stay — especially with the poor hygiene — which was particularly concerning as I was traveling with small children.

La comodidad que tiene para poder compartir una familia de hasta 5 personas. Buen lugar para pasar varios días para visitar la ciudad.

Anuncian aire acondicionado, pero uno de los cuartos no tiene. Me parece que falta información o que se debe especificar en la parte de servicios. Anuncian una terraza, pero me pareció muy pequeña para describirlo como tal.

Great location and a lot of space.

1) A bit tricky to self check in... 2)Don't park in the parking garage if you car is higher than 170 cm!!! Really steep entrance with stairs at the side that you can not see so be carefull not to ruin you tyres. 3) A lot of ants in the appartment
