The breakfast was cooked everyday by a lovely man, every day was different and super yummy. The staff was also really nice and the breakfast room had a lovely view.

The hotel was not like the pictures, beware if you book this hotel the pictures are far from reality.

Super kind & helpful staff, very clean room & bathroom with bathtub, big room & balcony. They clean the rooms everyday (no bed sheets changing but I think they would do it for the long term guests by request.) and give the private space for relaxing and working, it was amazing. I was thinking to hop the staying place to see around but I actually went back to stay with them after some trip to Sanur, and it was the greatest decision. Thank you so much for wonderful time, see you next time :)

Kind & helpful staff, comfort room and great location. I was able to relax as much as I feel that I was at home.

The property is awful, it’s so dirty. The pictures look nothing like the property. We didn’t even stay, we got there for check in and left straight away. When we asked for a refund the owner refused. Booking.com also didn’t refund because the owner refused even though we didn’t stay. Poor customer service and poor property.

It was opposite a laundrette which was convenient

Photos and description are nothing like the reality- we actually left before our check out as there was no air con in the room (it was cooler outside than in), bathroom was in terrible condition and no toilet paper was provided so we had to buy our own, the lock on the room was also quite laughable - we know it’s cheap but there are way better options in Ubud for the same price
