kawasan dekat dengan centrum market jalan kaki pun boleh .. bilik ada 3 bilik air pun ada 3 bilik agak luas rumah pun luas .. sesuai bawak family .. but service utk rumah tak bagus . perlu update suasana kebersihan serta kemudahan utk customer perlu diutamakan ..

hopefully after this rumah bersih dan tiada bau hapak sebagai contoh carpet lembab .. towel mandi tidak standby utk customer dan sebagainya .. hope ada upgrade suasana kebersihan rumah ..

With Rm240 for this room, compare to what get in the house, not value. Broken furniture and only 1 dustbin in the house. 1 toilet door broken, 1 water heater broken, not clean…

Location

Old house, old furnish No stove no microwave, no hot water filter No view from balcony, only can see other blocks To go outside need to use carpark lane, walk from P4 to go down hill.

Environment

● I like the spaces, its comfy ● Centrum mall is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment parking. Centrum mall 3rd floor totally something else, feels like in KL. ● I love how naturally cold the rooms especially at night. Had to wear socks or slippers cus the floor is cold too.

When I get in at first, the rooms are quiet smelly so we had to open the sliding door & after a while the bad smell lessen. And I ask the agent tht I contacted, he said the smells is always there due to humidity of the surroundings, comes from the farm at the back of the apartment. That is understandable.
