Communication was good- up until the end. The location was very good, street parking in front. After we complained that the AC wasn’t working well, they offered to install an AC unit in the bedroom.

As stated, the communication was good up until the end. We had a very bad experience with the neighbors the last night/morning and my complaint was completely ignored. Also it was not completely clean- bathroom rug was not clean, also hair on the walls. And you can see through the bathroom window and there is no way to make it more private.
