I liked the big balcony with the beach view

I do think they need a shade on the balcony for day time when the sun is out

Great location, central but quiet. Beautiful apartment with a lot of potential, if only it had been maintained well and it was still as shown in the pictures. Easy access through the lockbox (although the instructions provided were confusing as they were showing the inside of the building, not the outside which has a different street number than the one provided in the listing.) Clothes washer and detergent were available.

The apartment is nothing like the pictures. There were many broken fixtures that made the appealing features unusable or sub-functioning. We had to spend the first 2 days of our stay cleaning (we kept finding used items and hair from previous guests) and figuring out hacks so we could use the broken fixtures. We reported the issues to the manager and host who responded with "sorry, I will just remove the pictures" and Booking customer service was not helpful. For half the price paid, this apartment would have been great, but not at the price we paid. Detailed list of broken/missing features: - no shade on the terrace: the pictures showed an umbrella (the photo has since been removed by the host) but we were told it was not safe to use it. As a result the terrace (which was the main feature that attracted us) was unusable until the sun moved, after 3pm. - broken mosquito screens on both doors. We asked for mosquito repellent device and were given 4 tablets for 11 days of stay. - clogged shower drain (we bought chemicals and cleaned it) - no device for making coffee of any kind - no cooking supplies whatsoever, other than what previous guests left behind. No napkins or paper towels - missing bulbs from lamps - the microwave tray was missing. We eventually discovered it under some trash in a cupboard while cleaning. - no real plates or bowls, only plastic stuff unsafe for use in the microwave - no space to put a suitcase or personal items. The apartment is very spacious, but every inch of it is occupied by useless decorative junk or trash left by previous guests. Even the kitchen cabinets are full of hookah paraphernalia and not actual cooking appliances (see attached pics) - no clothespins If any of the above were an individual occurrence, we would have not made a big deal out of it. But so many issues piled together, along with the host's attitude and lack of response, made this transaction a rip-off.

Amazing location with fantastic terrace views. Very spacious and clean.

Lokacija je bila izjemna. Blaža je bila blizu - 1 min hoje, čisto morje. Vse storitve so bile blizu, kamor si lahko prišel peš. Na voljo je bilo parkirno mesto. Zelo lepo urejeno in prostorno stanovanje, z vso potrebno opremo za bivanje, bil je tudi pralni stroj in super pečica. Stanovanje je vključevalo tudi en balkon in ogromno teraso s čudovitim pogledom na morje. Sprejem in komunikacija so bili odlični, gostitelji zelo prijazni in vedno na dosegu roke za pomoč.

This apartment was an absolute gem! Cozy, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the beach — which is literally right in front of the apartment! Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the terrace with a direct sea view was unforgettable. The location is unbeatable: just a 2-minute walk to all the best bars, restaurants, and nightlife, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Everything was effortless and enjoyable. Loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

The flat itself was pleasant & well equipped. The person who greeted us was friendly.

The building that the flat is located in is in a shocking state. The lift was ancient and quite frightening. A window in the hallway was smashed. It didn’t feel safe.
