Location is very close to city centre. It's a very quiet area with plenty of shops, wine bars and restraunts.

It took a while to get our bearings as have to walk through alleys.

The location of this apartment is perfect, only 2minutes from Plaza de Flores and Plaza Santa Catalina with a lot of restaurants. Two supermarkets nearby and close to all the sights of Murcia. The beds have good mattresses. You can park your car in the nearby garage for €12,50 per day

The owners of the apartment are Spanish and they don't even speak one word in another language. Communicating was a disaster. They say that there are two bathrooms but that's a lie. There is only one bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. There is a second small room with only a toilet and a very small sink. In the bathroom we had to kill some cockroaches every night. During our four days stay we killed 6 and two bigger ones got away every time. To get access to the apartment we had to download an app called kuni. On arrival they tried to give us a code on our mobile phone but that was a problem and took more than half an hour. At the end it was only possible on one phone. We were a party of three. It was a terrible system that locked you in every time. No explication and we had to figure out how to open the door to get out of the apartment without using that one phone. During our stay the system blocked three times saying: "machine blocked" We didn't feel save with this system. It is a non smoking apartment but the first day we found a parcel of cigarettes and lighter in the apartment. The second day we got a phone call that the cleaning lady forgot her cigarettes and she asked us not to throw away her cigarettes. Apparently she smokes in the apartment. In the apartment there is a security camera in the living room ??? We wonder if that is allowed in Spain because it's an invasion of your privacy. The apartment is on the third floor but there is no elevator.

Really lovely property, very well maintained and equipped. Location was perfect.
