Accommodation was exactly as described, clean and perfect for our stay in the area. The hosts were very quick to respond with our queries prior to arrival and the lockbox, key info was simple. We had all the amenities we required, only thing (not a complaint) if you fancy a cuppa when you get in, buy some milk on the way. Nice outside space too.

Comfortable flat in a quiet location, easy parking and easy public transport to centre. Great for a weekend in Cambridge.

Cleanliness

Car parking. No allocated parking on site. Told to park in space opposite property. Next morning front half of car absolutely covered in bird excrement from birds nesting in overhanging tree. NOT impressed! Heating not working in property. With help from neighbour/owner (?) managed to turn the radiator tap and get it working. Water flow to kitchen sink very poor. No information compendium in room. Gave up on trying to get TV to show any TV programme. No information on Cambridge or surrounding area to help a tourist.

Very close to where our family live. Good facilities. Well equipped. Good communication from the host who sent a very friendly message with information Comfortable clean bed & bedding. Nice & quiet.

Overall the place was clean & nice. A few things needed a little bit of attention. One of the sockets in the kitchen was crooked & a bit loose. Our car was parked outside on the street & electric wing mirrors were tucked in for parking overnight. In the morning the passenger side mirror, which was not on the road side, had been forcibly & obviously deliberately bent right back & was damaged. This isn't the fault of the host in any way but would make us think twice about leaving our car there again.
