great location, right in the centre of town

The parking was really difficult : my car (Hyundai Kona, small SUV) only just fitted through the gap in the wall of the rear courtyard and there was very little manoeuvring space, especially once next door had parked. There was no alternative either, without going down to a carpark by the river which didn't clarify how long you could stay for.

Fabulous location with a parking space

Cobwebs, marked walls, stained carpets and the carpet coming away from the carpet grippers on the way into the kitchen, every plate or cup I picked up was chipped. Bed sheet was old and bobbly and there was a huge long hair in the bed and same on the bathroom walls and floor. The odd deep basin shower is an accident waiting to happen and I had to get my husband to help me out and down the tiny triangular but deep steps out. Very unsafe so only used it once.

Central location with parking. Nice lounge area.

No handles on shower in the smaller bedroom, which made turning shower on hard work. Shower was dangerous to get in and out of. No door on bathroom (only a curtain). Flags at rear of building by parking area are uneven and dangerous.

Lounge area was ideal for relaxation after a day at the races

The Japanese bath was not ideal and caused a few issues getting in and out.

Perfect location, very clean and great condition with advantage of parking

Car parking is a great benefit, but the space is a bit tight to get in, so best take a smaller car.

Please be aware that the property next door is going through a full renovation We were awoken from 7.45 in the morning to constant hammering, banging and drilling. This looks like is been going on for sometime but were not informed of the situation Had we have known we would of certainly cancelled our say and found alternative accommodation. when we complained we were told its a city ctr, work goes on!
