FINothing bad to say about the location, apartment or host. Everything went smooth and without issues. House had all we needed and was clean.
FIThe place is close to the tram and subway, so it’s easy to get around. The host is super friendly and replies fast.
The downside is that the area has a lot of junkies, and when we got inside, the apartment smelled bad — especially the sofa and pillows, which smelled like cigarettes.

SKVery clean, very friendly and quick contact with the landlady, and perfect location—on the edge of the trendy Kallio district. Subway, numerous buses & tram lines right on the doorstep. Also restaurants and shopping facilities.
MY2nd time staying here. It was a pleasant stay again. 100% recommended!

LTA well equiped and clean appartment with all main utilities. Very good location - despite the fact it is not very close to city centre (like 20 min on foot), all types of public transport are stopping just outside the building. And there like 5 or more little cafes in the same building as well.
The appartment feels a bit too small. Its ok for a solo traveller who needs only a place to sleep, but in any other cases I would prefer more space. And because of that (and strange design decisions), after using a shower all bathroom got flooded. On top Ive received some strange requests from the host, like to clean the room before leaving. Ofc, it could be some kind of misunderstanding, but hey, I am paying for that, its even emphasized in the price?
