Warm welcome by staffs, smooth checkin and very good variety of spreads in the breakfast. And cant forget their string hopper and hopper we loved it. And great infinity pool ❤️. like to visit more time

The location is truly one of a kind, and the pool view is to die for.

The only reason this beautiful property did not receive a perfect rating from me -- despite probably being the most beautiful and luxurious hotels I've ever stayed at -- was because of the staff. It felt like they were overworked and weren't trained to handle guest inquiries. We had to call housekeeping 4 times and wait 2 hours to receive a change of water bottles in the room. We were also in need of assistance and required a thermometer since one of us thought they were developing a fever (thankfully, they didn't get a fever). We phoned the service desk/reception at least three times and instead of clearly telling us that the hotel doesn't keep a thermometer, we were kept hanging for hours. Finally, we called the service desk and explained that this was the fourth time we were calling to check about the same thing. This time we were promptly told that the hotel doesn't have it, and the person just hung up the phone with no other words. Am I crazy to expect an apology for being kept waiting without an answer for hours? Apparently so. I eventually found a pharmacy right next to the hotel. But the whole episode was really confusing. However, there is no denying, the facilities and location are superb and one of a kind. The service is lax but that still couldn't take away from the fact that this was truly a luxury stay. The infinity pool sure is something.
