SKThe owner came in person to give us keys, sign contract and cash money for city tax. The flat was clean, quiet, nice, There are two bedrooms, kitchen, bath, all in the basement, small windows, heating 7-9 and 4-10PM, TV only with italian stations, but many movies were dual, so you could switch to original voice of the movie.Location was good, on the line from the airport, we bought a daily ticket with muvt app to get closer to the city center and around the city. Traveling from the airport was great, we took the bus 16, you can buy ticket from the driver or online app daily ticket, which is cheap and then you don't care about stamping. Nice people to the customers, a lot of light in the evening/night in the city center. We made a trip to Alberobelo by bus (5€ one way ticket, you can buy it online or in the shop near the stop next to the Doc supermarcati, on the other side of the Bari Centrale - main train station, the bus went to Alberobelo to the train station.
its a different life style, you can not do much before 8 AM in the city, maybe walking on the beach or city walls, because the shops are closed. Schedule of buses is horrible, you don't know which bus comes and when. Dirty streets, pavements, trafic - nobody respects parking rules, you cross the street everywhere, crossing the steet on crosswalk - you hope the car will at least breat a little bit. The smaller sleeping room is noisy because of some electric/water device behind the wall, which goes on and off regularly.
BGVery nice and cozy place. There's everything you need in the apartment and in the kitchen. You can walk to the centre. Licia is very kind and helpful if you need some information or have some questions. Highly recommend to stay in here.
