1. Near by to supermarket and food court
1. Only after making reservation, knew that mandatory perform registration using google form for personnel data although these information available in booking.com. Not possible to cancel reservation as no refund policy 2. Personally feel not comfortable owner setup own rules/system outside booking,ciom as possible data leak as need to submit personnel info and document. 3. Owner always has rules which need to be followed which is not convinience to people staying here e.g check in procedure only can available 2 hrs before check in. Thus, need spend time to read the steps at last min 4. Room feel dusty and can found hair on the floor 5. Low land area and can hit my flash flood where i need to check out next day around 9am due to flood without any compensation 6. Even when using facilties in the place, security guard also will come to check your access card. Very weird
