GBLocation good, well equipped kitchen, large flatscreen TV
The listing misleadingly said 2 bathrooms (which was a factor in my selecting the property) but it only had a shower room off the kitchen and an upstairs WC. To reach the only washing facilities from the bedroom you have to come downstairs, through the lounge and through the kitchen. Bedsheet for double bed wasn’t big enough: a fitted undersheet would be more likely to stay in place
SGWe stayed at the property for a week with our two young kids and the the location was ideal as was a short walk to the parks and Parade, it also had a modern kitchen and bathrooms (and importantly an upstairs toilet!). The kitchen came well equipped with lots of utensils, pans, cutlery and plates - as well as microwave, oven etc which were all in great condition. A major plus was also the offroad parking for two cars!
The location was good but the street wasnt the nicest in comparison to North Leamington area.
