I appreciate the cleanness and comfort of everything and the location near to the supermarket and water. On top of that owners of the property were very kind and warm

I liked the location and very good price. The host also equipped the apartment with some kitchen appliances.

Maybe I am spoiled by way more expensive locations and my rating isn't fair then, however, still I assume, it reflects my experience and I am trying to be as accurate as possible. The host informs about everything in the ad. The shower cabinet is not comfortable for "larger" people. I was unlucky because during my arrival the snow was melting and the entrance passage was flooding with mud and water. Arrival was not that smooth also since I received the instructions just upon request with a delay. Overall, I think due to the low price the property is providing an acceptable comfort. Parking is also not that convenient and instructions could be improved. The host provides some cooking equipment, toaster, microwave, etc. which is nice (since it is listed just as a room, not an apartment with a kitchen).
