The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having two separate duvets. The pillows were a bit too high for my taste, but still okay. I did find one red hair on the bed, which was probably just an oversight, as everything else seemed quite clean. There’s a washing machine and a dryer, which is very convenient. A dishwasher is also available, along with dishwasher tablets, thank you for that, it really helps to leave everything clean after use. There’s air conditioning and heating if needed. There’s also an elevator, which is very helpful when you have luggage. Basic shower amenities were provided as well.

The kitchen facilities were not very convenient. The oven and the baking tray were dirty, and the frying pans were worn out and basically unusable, they should be replaced. There is technically a balcony, but it’s not really usable. In the shower, the water pressure was very weak, and there was an unpleasant smell. There were air fresheners and diffusers in the apartment, but they didn’t cover the odor coming from the bathroom. We couldn’t find parking right by the building. We arrived around 9 PM and eventually found a free spot, but it was a bit further away. At exactly 10 AM, the cleaning staff rang the doorbell. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it’s something to be aware of. Communication with the host was prompt, but came across as slightly condescending. When we asked which lock to open, the response was, “If you had read the instructions…”. We understand the information was provided, but after a long journey it’s easy to miss some details among several pages of instructions. Also, the lock opens in the opposite direction, which can be confusing. The host did register us, but seemed to overlook some of our messages and made a mistake. These things happen.
