Beautiful house with lots of character and charm. Has pretty much everything you need for a break/holiday. The host left a lovely welcome hamper and the essentials left for us was a lovely surprise.

I don’t think there was anything negative about the house. Maybe just that the carpet runners kept bunching up no matter how many times you straightened them. And the sofa was a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely perfect stay, can’t fault it. A beautiful home in the perfect location for family days out. We arrived to a very thoughtful welcome package and essentials in the fridge, the home was immaculate throughout. Highly recommend!

Beautiful character property, close proximity to Alton Towers and wildlife park. A home from home with everything you could need provided for. Lovely welcome hamper on arrival. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

"Great stay in a lovely cottage"

Fantastic character property, with lovely exposed beams in a pretty, rural setting. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything you could want and there was a great welcome hamper on arrival. Everything was really clean and of high quality. The house felt like the owners really cared about both the property and guests enjoying their stay.

The postcode didn't take us to quite the right location. We called Howard and he directed us. Not a big issue, but better directions with the key collection information would help.

The cottage was beautifully presented throughout. Everything had been thought of. We had a lovely hamper upon arrival, a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels etc. The largest bedroom is on a 3rd floor with an en-suite bathroom and small dressing room which was an unexpected surprise. Plenty of parking and a nice location.
