staff is rude, they told us to pay for covenience fee unnecessarily, owner was very arrogant and asked to leave the room when we discussed about this sudden charge, at the end moment they changed the location also, we were not taken to the hotel we booked as it was overbooked, in and all very poor and bad experience.
