Excellent host and property offer

The location and the studio was great. The host was very nice too.

The air conditioning made a lot of noise during the day , but with the windows open and the fan from the ceiling we could sleep good.

the apartment was idealy situated and had everything you needed including beach towels and beach equipment

the location was perfect, la mata isnt a noisy place, but the apartment was about a 3 minute walk from the sea front, there were a number of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was on the fourth floor, there is 2 lifts, so easy access, the apartment was very well equipped, the hosts left us a bottle of water and a bottle of red wine because we didnt arrive until 11.30pm, which was a lovely thought. the bed is a pull down, which we left down the whole time, as there was plenty of space in the apartment, a corner sofa and dining table was also in there, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and washing machine if required. There is now outside space, which wasnt a problem for us, as we went out most of the time

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Great clean place conveniently located near the beach, just 2 minutes walking. Excellent service and all utilities and amenities were present on arrival. Highly recommended!
