Stunning views, beautiful property

Nothing! absolutely not recommended. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to ruin your holiday.

We booked White Cliff Luxury Suites just two days before our flight, trusting the beautiful pictures. In reality — a huge disappointment and €1300 wasted. The hotel is located on top of a hill, in the middle of nowhere — absolutely nothing around. We arrived in the evening to find the entire property completely dark, with no lights at all. We had to climb a steep, high staircase to our room using a phone flashlight. My husband refused to stay — he said the place felt unsafe and nothing like the description. Without a car, with kids, or if you have any mobility issues — this place is impossible. The administration ignored all our messages, re-rented the room, and didn’t refund us, not even for cleaning, which never took place. The pool looked nothing like the photos — dirty and torn sunbeds, overall a neglected look. Забронировали отель всего за два дня до вылета, ориентируясь на фотографии — на деле всё оказалось совсем иначе. Отель расположен на вершине, вдали от магазинов, ресторанов и любой инфраструктуры. Вечером территория не освещается, пришлось подниматься в номер по очень крутой лестнице с фонариком телефона. Без машины добираться невозможно, особенно с детьми или пожилыми людьми. Номер мы решили не занимать — место показалось небезопасным. Администрация на обращения не реагировала, оплату не вернули, даже за уборку, которой фактически не было. Сдали номер повторно, а наши 1300€ никто не вернул! Бассейн и зона отдыха сильно отличаются от фото: лежаки были грязные и в плохом состоянии. В целом отель не соответствует заявленному уровню. Фотографии сильно отретушированы.

The breakfast was perfect little treat that helped us start the day. We are not big breakfast eaters on a regular day, and this was perfect. It was a very clean spacious unit for our two-night stay. It would be a great location for an extended stay with all the amenities of home. A car would be recommended for an extended stay.

If you are walking and are not fit, the walk up the street and stairs to the top unit could be a challenge. Not a big deal for us but could be for others. The climb does offer a great view though!
