Cozy Apartment a few steps from The Capitol

Cute, clean apartment. Very close to the capital. About a 15-20 minute walk south to restaurants. Would stay again!

Parking wasn’t very accommodating for anything bigger than a compact car.

Place is clean and location is good

We can hear the neighbours upstairs walking since the ceiling is wooden and pretty thin.

The location and accommodation

Central air is very noisy and the filter was way over due for a change. Shower valve was leaking and was nervous it would break.

We loved the location. It was fun to walk around the capital and temple.

They use a combination code to get in, so it was very easy and convenient. We loved the location. It is on a beautiful street and close to sight seeing at the capitol building. In April the trees are in bloom and just beautiful. The apartment was spacious for just the two of us , the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. The decor is simple, bright and cute.

We didn't spend that much time in the apartment, but when we did it was more comfortable to sit at the kitchen table or in the bedrooms. The couch is cute, but not really comfortable to lounge on or socialize for more than a few minutes. We have a small SUV, that was not easy to park in the covered parking. It barely fit, but the drive way has angled walls, so it was tricky to navigate. We decided to park on the street.
