Land Of Green Ginger Apartment- City Centre

The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were spacious. We did not have to turn on the heat, and the living area was quaint. It was well suited for our activities, we enjoyed the walking.

Exceeded my expectations.

Really well appointed and comfortable flat. Great value in an excellent location right in the centre of town.

Size of the property was good and heating was really quick to warm up the flat. Decent kitchenette and nice living space. Everything was there that we needed.

The outside door lock is not secure so if you pushed the door anyone could wslk in and try to break in. Stairs to flat could be a bit tricky if not paying attention. The windows at the property aren't the most soundproof, to be expected though with age of building.

Great value for money was clean, tidy and comfortable would definitely book again 😊

Lovely space to relax before a night out in the city centre. Bright and airy and beds were comfortable. Property was easy to access and very central. Would recommend to friends visiting Hull who needed a place to stay.

Very close to some busy bars, etc so a little noisy at times but didn't disturb sleep.

Convenient. You could see effort had been made with interior design.

Smell of bins in entrance hall. Very tired and undecorated staircase to flat. NO FIRE INSTRUCTIONS - particularly worrying when fire alarm went off at 4am and there was no one to deal with. Fire extinguisher and blanket in drawer - drawer should be clearly labelled. One bed broken, although mattress acceptable. Sound of upstairs water running through pipe hanging into this flats bedroom. Bathroom needs finishing off.

The apartment was modern and had stylish decor, was lovely and cosy, alot of space in bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the old fashioned windows overlooking the cobbled streets and old buildings outside. Great to be central.

Stairs to apartment as we had a buggie, however this is nothing that can be changed and would be no issue for most people.

It was warm and appeared cozy upon arrival. Perfect for a nights stay.

When I went to use the shower there were long hairs all over the shower head, the shower did not drain properly. I had to take the drain cover out and was horrified due to the smell, the build up of grime and the amount of hair balls. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The mattress on two of the beds were extremely uncomfortable and very worn. The property is near several pubs which I was aware of prior to booking but the noise from both the street and communal areas kept us all awake (as if the mattresses weren’t bad enough)
