Cosy home with parking close to city centre

Great location and off road parking a bonus. Everything was comfortable and there was plenty of facilities

TV could be a bit bigger, but it had plenty of channels and it's not a complaint, just a thought

We were stopping here overnight while cycling from Lands End to John o Groats and it had everthing we needed. The House was very clean, neat and tidy and we had a confortable nights stay.

The location was very good albeit closer to the train lines. It was still quiet.

The property could have been provided in a cleaner state, particularly with respect to dusting. It would have been a nice touch to have at least some bathroom toiletries available, such as soap and shampoo. No coffee, salt and pepper were available.

The house was very well presented, it had everything we could have needed too. The house was clean and smelled fresh also. I would definitely book this property again.

Location - convenient for Uni Exeter campus/graduation and other family staying at Holland Hall (10 min walk up a very steep hill). House met our needs and clean/tidy. Tea/coffee/biscuits available - thank you. Easy access via lockbox/code.

Rear yard/decking area needed some weeding attention

The apartment had everything we needed for our overnight in Exeter. The beds were comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the kitchen had the plates, cups, and silverware that we needed for the meal that we ate there. With five people (two adults and three kids), it was definitely cosy, but we were able to make it work. The bedding for the sofa bed was easy to find and set-up. Having a little garden behind the house meant that the kids could have a little run-around without us worrying about the traffic. The apartment also has an assigned off-street parking space, which was very convenient as the road itself is pretty narrow.
