"Very handy for Exeter city centre and excellent value for money"

We were using public transport and the property was ideal. It had a stop for city centre buses just across the road and a railway station (St David's) a 15-minute walk away. There is also a very handy small supermarket in a petrol station within a three-minute walk. The kitchen was very well equipped if you wanted to tackle some proper cooking (we didn't on this occasion but it's good to have the option)

This is a great house with everything you need, the price is fantastic and it's only a 15-20min walk into town, perfect place for meeting up with friends or a quiet get away with the family, I'd definitely stay again.
