"disaster in madrid"

location

we booked an apartment for 14ppl and when we were arriving to madrid we received a call, saying that they didn’t have the capacity and they relocated 4 of us in another apartment. Both bathrooms (in both apartments) were broken, one without hot water and the other without water at all. Carlos, the staff guy was chill

I like the location

The room was not clean and the bedsheet was full of hair.The bedsheets where not change when the previous client did checkout. So we call to the incharge of that person about the bed sheet but he just say sorry and didn’t do anything .Toilet smells bad about chicken mostly the dishes were broken and no microwave,no electric kettle and there is no lock in the room which is not safety so I don’t recommend people to stay there… I wanted to upload the videos that I took which was so bad,somehow the system does not allow me to do that..
