Die Angaben (Abfallentsorgung) waren teilweise nicht korrekt. Die Ansprechpersonen konnte kein Englisch. Durch eine defekte Gittertüre besteht die Gefahr, sich auf der Terrasse auszuschliessen. Dies wurde vorgängig nicht kommuniziert.

Meget sparsomt køkken. Ville være godt med et par små strandstole og en parasol, som man kunne tage med på stranden.

Our stay was challenging, particularly for a family of four. The apartment suffers from several maintenance issues and a notable lack of basic supplies. Issues noted in older reviews remain unaddressed, showing a clear lack of care from the owners. Kitchenette Was Poorly Equipped: The kitchen lacked simple necessities, including a proper cutting knife, a dish drying rack or dish towel, making it impossible to clean and dry plates properly. Severe Water/Drainage Problems: The shower and sink were noticeably clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. The poor drainage resulted in flooding the bathroom floor. Rainwater leaked heavily under the main door gap during the rainy days. No mat or towel was provided, so we had to sacrifice a shower towel to block the leak. Unacceptable Power Outage Response: When the electricity failed on our first night, the management was unavailable overnight, leaving us in the dark with young children using phone torches. Next day, instead of helping, they instructed me to check apartment and stairway circuit levers, and manually troubleshoot the electrical system myself.

The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. The bathroom entrance was tiny and so was the shower cubicle. There were no shelves in the shower which meant you had to try and bend down to the floor to pick up products. Two TVs in property....one didnt work and the other the cable was already broken. Wifi wasnt working at all. No instructions for Hob and couldnt get it to work. Relayed these problems to the rep who said she would get back to me in the afternoon. Heard nothing. I messaged again the next day.......wasnt happy as i couldnt make a whatsapp call to my sick dad due to no wifi. They eventually came out after a day and half to sort things. Wifi sorted, one tv taken away and instructions left for hob. Tennant shouldnt have to chase these things and final checks were obviously not done prior to renting. They left us 2 bottles of wine but guess what.....a broken corkscrew so you couldnt actually get into the bottle. If attention to detail was adhered to it could be a good place. Neighbourhood fairly noisy in evening and night. Aircon was good. Mattress very firm.

The apartmant is lovely, we absolutely loved it! Very nicely done, excellent location, authentic building. The huge private terrace was our favourite part, perfect for a glass of wine before bed or breakfast in the morning. Very nice details inside.

Nothing, everything was great. Maybe add a drying rack for dishes, some sharp knifes, at least a couple of complementary coffee capsules. A larger bottle of dish soap.

Charming and perfectly located!!

We loved living like a local in the city centre. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Monopoli area as long as they can travel up stairs!
