Modern Stylish Loft next to New York Palace

Same as in the pictures, the location is perfect. You have a metro station very close and a lot of buses are passing there. For this kind of money it is a very good place to stay.

There was a smell in the WC constantly, even while fan was working.

Excellent place in a convenient location, easy check-in and good communication with host. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, stable wifi and a comfortable bed on the second floor

Because of the thin door you can hear the noise of your neighbors, and they can also look into the apartment through the window that opens onto the staircase

Location was perfect, very close to most od the restaurants, coffee shops and everything we needed. Location is the best part of the apartment! Owners are kind and have send me all the informations. Building is pretty se cure with double entrance gate.

The cheapest apartments we looked at were from 140e and more, this one was almost 300 for the same period and we expected much more from that for the number of nights. A very uncomfortable bed with a very thin mattress, we didn't sleep a bit. At first, the apartment is nice, but the bathroom is extremely humid and the smell is extremely strong. Only 1 towel per person for 4 nights. The apartment was not clean, it was cleaned hastily and it can be seen. We expected more considering that it was in the medium-high price category.

Very convenient location, everything within walking distance. The apartments themselves are cozy and clean. No noisy neighbors, which is also very important! The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking or reheating purchased meals. The apartment owner is very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. Enjoyed everything, so I highly recommend it :)

It was nice to have air conditioning on a hot day, clear instructions and communication during the stay. All needed appliances available and quite peaceful as the apartment is located in an indoor yard.

Although the area is quite central and close to the main sights, there were lots of homeless people around the building and didn’t feel as safe. There was an unpleasant smell coming out of the bathroom ventilation. Unfortunately the soundproofing was really poor and if you have noisier neighbours the sleep is really disturbed. The bed could more comfortable.

Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Apartment beautiful, clean, well equipped! Communication with the hotel is excellent. Location near the center, everything at hand 🙂 We were very satisfied and I recommend it!!!!

The apartment is modern and has a really good design. It’s on Blaha Lujza square so it’s very central but a bit of ghetto too 😄 The personal who I was in contact with were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and in the kitchen we could find everything what we need for cooking etc

For a short trip is actually all good but otherwise if you have a child with a stroller it’s not the most comfortable (small elevator, the stroller doesn’t fit through the entrance door before the apartment). The floor upstairs where you sleep is very noisy and if you have a louder neighbor then you can hear everything clearly.
