If you appreciate nature, water fun at the lake and a historical house, that is the place to be.

There was not many choices of restaurants in the area, but they have a full kitchen and plenty seating places to eat at the house.

We stayed at this charming house in Ferreira do Zêzere as a group of 11 and had a truly wonderful experience. The house is old and full of history, which gives it a unique character and charm that you rarely find. Despite its age, everything in the house works perfectly and it's extremely well equipped — from the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was thoughtfully prepared. The garden is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of space for the whole group to relax and hang out. It was the perfect setting for both quiet mornings and evening gatherings. The owners were incredibly communicative, providing clear and helpful instructions before and during our stay. They also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, which made our trip even more special. We felt completely at home and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

There’s honestly nothing we didn’t like. Before our stay, we saw a previous comment mentioning that the house was dirty and poorly equipped, which concerned us initially. We reached out to the owner, who was very transparent and explained the standard cleaning procedures and how the house is prepared for guests. Once we arrived, we saw for ourselves that everything was clean, well maintained, and fully equipped — the comment we had seen did not reflect our experience at all.

Casa fantástica em todos os sentidos. Espaçosa, com todos os utensílios que possa imaginar que possa necessitar.A beleza de desfrutar de uma casa senhorial em perfeita harmonia com as necessidades atuais. Muita privacidade, espaço, natureza, história. A simplicidade e disponibilidade do ambiente sereno em todos os espaços. Já arrendei casas nos Países Baixos, Paris, Londres, Barcelona, entre outros. No Ano anterior uma casa moderna fantástica, mas… esta é para mim o melhor para o meu estilo de ver o Mundo. A perfeita simbiose do passado com o presente, quer para adultos, quer para os miúdos. O nosso muito obrigado a toda a equipa que gere a casa. Aconselho e, voltarei certamente se houver oportunidade

Sendo uma casa antiga, embora não tenham faltado recursos, pelo contrário, penso que a parte da instalação elétrica deve ser modernizada. No entanto, não nos faltou nada nesse sentido e ‘internet’ era acima do que se vê por vezes em casas mais modernas.E não é um não gostei é apenas algo que pode ser, a meu ver, melhorado.
