I could have stayed longer
IEIt’s a lovely self catering room and the fridge is in the hall which means you don’t hear the fridge during the night. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery, crockery etc for basic needs. It’s a lovely location and it was spotlessly clean. The en-suite has a good shower.
I couldn’t connect to the internet but maybe that was my fault.

Wi-Fi was the only issue. coverage was hit & miss due to the provider in the area.

It was sooo cold that everything was damp to touch(including my clothes in the morning) i woke very unwell because of this. The one heater just isnt enough for a place like that. I woke to ice and thick frost, this made the shower only just bearable as the pressure was so low combined with the lack of heat i actually couldn't wait to leave. It was quite warm as i was leaving after a good 6+ hrs of the heater being on full blast plus shower left on full heat in a desperate attempt to keep warm... Oh and no running hot water from a tap makes the cost really hard to swallow...

Bedding was not to my satisfaction, would have preferred cotton linen on all of the bedding. Bathroom could be doing with a heated towel rail. No heating in the bathroom. Although messaged about the WiFi by the host prior to arrival, the WiFi signal kept falling in and out with intermittent TV signal and then no TV reception during my stay.
