Apartment very well located. Spacious and very clean. Our Host was very helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect right in the heart of the city on Main Street, We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly helpful and made everything very easy for us. All the amenities were great, the weather was amazing, and honestly we could not have asked for more.

I couldn’t say anything bad it has everything as shown in the photos and I haven’t had issues with noise environment etc as I ve seen in some comments..

I enjoyed the shower. Lovely place. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Estaba muy bien ubicado, la presión de agua es muy buena. Nos dejaron un poco de azúcar, sal, te,... Algunas cosas que se agradecen mucho.

La puerta tiene truco y no pudimos abrir, llamamos al anfitrión y no respondió y escribimos a través de Booking varias veces y aun estamos esperando que contesten. Estuvimos más de media hora peleándonos con la puerta. Dos horas después de llegar, llego un mensaje al correo electrónico explicando como se haría la puerta. Es un 2° sin ascensor. En general a la casa le hace falta cariño, las puertas están hinchadas por humedad y los pomos oxidados. Si no fuera por el disgusto en la recepción, esta aceptable calidad-precio.

The smell!! I can’t describe how bad it was! It was absolutely horrendous. I can see by a previous review a week or so before us that they complained about it, but unfortunately The Silverkey Management company obviously thought the best way, rather than dealing with it, was to mask the smell by cleaning products, which took your breath away when we walked into the apartment, but once it had subsided we realised what they were trying to do. If they should off contacted us before giving us the chance to cancel and stay elsewhere. It really spoilt our stay. We really couldn’t spend anytime at all in the apartment. They then message me after our stay to say sorry they hadn’t sent anyone out when we reported it and that the toilet needed resealing. I feel it was rather more than that!! Since we returned home 7th May, I have sent numerous emails regarding my complaint and just get the same answer, your complaint is with the finance team, basically they don’t want to know. Shocking customer service!!

Great location

Main bedroom and bathroom smelt very strongly of sewers. We reported this twice and maintenance was sent once however sewer stench remained

Super clean, fantastic location, comfy beds, clean fresh towels/linen, easy check in. Centre of town near the city hall. The apartment is exactly what it says…. We will definitely be back! Thank you fabulous stay.

On arrival the keypad lock on the door to the apartment stated that the battery was running low and to replace immediately. This concerned us as we didn’t want to be locked out so once inside the flat we tried to email Silverkey who manage the apartment. We tried to log onto the internet however the wifi passcode provided in advance did not work. The same and different passcodes were also written on information in the flat. They did not work . We tried rebooting the router etc but no joy so we had to call using our mobile data to JustCall the local service provider (as the Silverkey office was closed). The woman was unable to help and said she would make some enquiries and asked us to phone back in 15 minutes. So we had a second call at our expense and all she said was that she had left a message (presumably for Silverkey) to try to get someone out the next day to help and expected us to wait in! Given we were in Gibraltar on holiday just for few days we said this was going to happen and said surely they have someone locally eg cleaners/maintenance who could let someone in. All very unsatisfactory We eventually got the wifi to work-there was QR code on the router box which was a different code from that provided by Silverkey and that worked I also emailed Silverkey who responded the next day asking when we would be in the flat if they got someone to replace the door keypad battery. Again I said it was not our job to wait in. We never heard from them again and so spent 3 days worrying that the battery would stop completely and we would be locked out. Extremely unimpressed
