the Idea of resort

I reserve apartment but I took another one , there is no Animation team

The staff were very helpful and gave us their number and helped when we needed it

The apartment was vile. It was dirty, not just dusty but grimey, broken taps, brown water from taps, filth around the cooker, spit marks on bathroom mirror, black grime around shower, stains on bed, dirty floor… I needn’t go on. I was grateful I just booked one night as a place to sleep for a few hours with my family between my hotel check out and my night time flight but I couldn’t sleep! Also mosquitoes were horrific but appreciate that’s not the fault of the accommodation provider. The staff were helpful enough when we didn’t have running water to start with and called later on to check we were ok but it wasn’t their apartment and while we did thank them for their help we did say the apartment is awful. It was very very cheap so my expectations weren’t high at all - I can put up with anything as long as it’s clean or signs of a clean have been attempted!! But honestly you can’t ask people to pay anything to stay there it’s not even been wiped down it’s horrific!
