The room was very clean and tidy and the fact it was on the Ground floor the directions for security was straight forward and the microwave was very clean.

The room was too small the bed was too soft mattress needs to be changed. shouldn't advertise Netflix when the reception is too poor for it to work .a lot of clicking sounds in room.

The location was very accessible, links to Bristol city were very convenient, and the accommodation's proximity to takeaways, pubs, and shops make any small purchases very convenient. My bed was very comfortable, and the small size of the property ensures that the room warms quickly and stays cozy. Finally, any problems are quickly addressed by the owners when contacted, ensuring disruptions and concerns are short-lived.

Small details in the property were found wanting, such as unclean cutlery and plates on arrival, and unfortunately noisy neighbours or passersby can make a big impact to to your relaxation.

Location was good for the purpose of my visit. The condo is clean

The apartment is advertise as cosy and modern. It is modern and clean, but the space is very tight. If you put your luggage inside there is hardly any room to move around. The bed is uncomfortable and next to the heater, so it is getting really warm when heating comes on. But the worst part was the staff. I was told, that I would receive the check instructions on the day. I received them 2 days after my check in. I tried to call and sending messages on the day, but I didn't get any response. Finally around 6 pm, my son was able to reach the office and information was send to his phone. It took 3 hours , being left in the rain before I was able to enter my accommodation. It was a stressful and unpleasant, especially when you are a senior person and traveling by yourself. I definitely wouldn't consider to stay again.

Great use of a small space and well thought out. Quiet location. Great comms and instructions on how to get in . Very clean. Free biscuits!

Mattress provided no support - disappointing as everything else was as expected and well thought out. Would prevent me from booking again as poor night's sleep which matters as was staying for work. Would recommend its replaced as is the only thing that would stop me using this place again. Parking is VERY tight too.

I didn't like anythi8ng about the property

The property owner did not send through instructions on how to enter the property. I had to call them upon arrival to get the details. The property owner also did not leave any instructions on how to log onto the WiFi or to use the TV. I had to contact them to get these details. The property did no have a working WiFi, depsite trying several times on two separate devices with the details the owner sent me, I could not get them to connect. I tried contacting the owner 3 times, but no response from the owner or action to rectify it. The most dissappointing aspect of the property is the location. I had to park my car behind the property in an area which had two men who were either very drunk or high on drugs stumbling around, I'm a 6ft man but it even made me feel a little apprenhensive, especially with my car parked there. If you were a single woman arriving here, I would not recommend you to use this property on potential safety grounds. I was booked in for two evenings. I left after the first evening and found alternative accomodation. I contacted the owner for a refund for the 2nd night, I've never had a response
