Little bit lengthy process of check-in/getting into building, but doable. :)

Easy access and clean

The WiFi doesn’t work very well

Nice shopping centre up the hill and parking nearby parking street parking was free (bit tight out the back) Liked the ease of entry to the room. Liked the tea,coffee and biscuits.

The room is only just big enough for a single bed! I certainly would not describe it as a condo but a box room with tiny en suite. Mattress way too soft. No Freeview TV or news radio (without signing up to BBC etc which is a pain. Didn’t meet host - just texted entry codes etc which was fine if a bit impersonal.

It was unbelievably compact. Bed was like a dormitory bunk.

The location was good as it was near where my friends live. It was also handy for food shopping. It is also on a bus route for the city. Being on the ground floor was a benefit to me as I have problems going up and down stairs.

It is extremely small. Not comfortable enough to spend much time in. My bathroom at home is bigger than the room with the bed in. Cooking facilities were very limited, basically limited to heating things up in a microwave, as long as you can open the packet or have scissors with you. Don't use the toaster as it sets off the smoke alarm, which is very sensitive and very, very loud. I couldn't easily reach the window to open it as it is the other side of the bed, which you have to kneel on to reach the window. Not worth the cost really in my opinion.

Convenient location.

The bed was uncomfortable and WiFi infuriatingly unreliable.
