Northstay - Nyholmen Panorama, Fantastic Views, Sleeps 4

Fantastic View!

The Apartment is advertised as “Sleeps 4”. I booked for 4 persons but we hardly fit. The bed is small to comfortably fit 3 people. The sofa (not setup as sofa bed) dont even have a matress/cover and pillow. The 4th person just have to survive with the cushions. -only 2 sets of towel was provided (1 small and 1 big). We have to share towels. And one we to put in the floor as its becomes slippery when wet. Not foot towel was provided. -at the end of the stay you have to throw your garbage (and needs to be sorted!) and put the dishes in the dishwasher. This is airbnb type and not what I expect in booking.com. I gave up using airbnb because of this. If you are not used to this, allocate some time before going to airport. -we booked a big van going to airport to fit 4 and our big luggages and the van could not go near the aprtment and need to drag our big heavy bags across the garage which is the access for cars to this apartment Note: we are frequent travelers but this is our first time in Tromso. So we have no experience with other hotels/apartment in the area.

Sleeps 4 and we booked for 4 but bed is so small. 3 poeple hardly fit. One sleeps in the sofa -not prepared not even matress/cover. Just literally sofa. Also only 2 sets (1 big and 1 small) towel provided.

-They dont have private parking lot. Parking costs me 20.00 euro for 12 hour parking - the dishwasher was not empty , we have to pull out the clean utensils out of the dishwasher and put it on the drawers -Bedroom very small but enough to sleep in

Great view on the city, comfortable beds, the location is close to the centre, and all the appliances were new and working well - everything was well organized

The limited amount of space available for the personal belongings and the clothes of three people

The property was amazing! Brand new facility with all the basic necessities and a small kitchen/refrigeratoe for those who choose to cook. It’s an easy 15-20 min walk from the city center and all the meeting points for tours. If you prefer the bus, it’s only 3-4 min walk, but it’s honestly so close, walking is better. I chose this place for the size, as it’s way bigger than a hotel room, and the view! The balcony was amazing and gave us some great views of the water and surrounding areas. The staff was also very responsive and ensured we were very well taken care of and the small box of chocolates was a thoughtful surprise!
