Arrangement of the appartment was nicely done and the equipment and devices in a decent condition.

The apartment is fully furnished, including what you may need and enjoyable. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and utensils, excellent working electrical mechanics. It features modern décor and soft colours, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Security in the apartment is excellent, with an advanced security system and secure facilities. The apartment owner was very nice and helpful, and was always available to answer any questions or requests. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience in Madrid. I will definitely return in the future!

You need to walk 18 minutes to get to the nearest metro. It is also far from tourist attractions

Great apartment for a family stay, especially with outside terrace. Location is very quiet and safe with plenty of on street parking. So great if you have a car.

Bedroom walls badly need to be painted The metro is a good 15 min walk away.

First of all- great location 10’ drive from the city center and 10’ from the San Bernabeu. Quiet and very safe neighborhood (Spain is a safe country anyway). The apartment itself was newly decorated and very well maintained, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The terrace was a bonus, large and pretty. The host was very attentive and kept in regular contact with us to make sure everything went well. Madrid is an impressive city, well worth exploring. we will definitely be back and hope to book this flat next time we come. Overall- wonderful , wonderful stay!
