Elegant style 3-bedroom brand new apartment

Modern apartment, nice modern decor. Two large comfortable double beds. Complex has lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, it is maintained to good standard. Security is good with overnight guard too. Minor faults sorted quickly. Nice view from balcony and sunny. Cleaned to a good standard. Details for access to the property on arrival were very good but they were going to be provided the day before which made me worry. I requested details earlier and was supplied though.

Description not accurate as stated. The apartment is not brand new as the complex isn't brand new either. At a guess, built in nineties. It has been refurbished probably by new owners so would just drop elegant and new. Outdoor space dated but ok so would be good investment when funds are available to modernise outdoor area as it is a goid size but large plants take up space. Maybe additional sun beds as only two. Small bed in the single room and not much space suitable for children or teen. Large double sofa bed was OK for day but too hard to sleep on so didn't use that. Communication was by what's app only as only had response from e mails weeks later but on booking.com it said to message or e mail owners. Doesn't appear to be any checking of the room for faults before letting ie bulb out in the bathroom ceiling and faulty plug socket in kitchen, wardrobe door broken on one side, barely any hangers for clothes. First impressions were spoilt by the faults encountered. As there is no reception to report faults too, or any information to rectify them, I spent time messaging to and fro on first couple of days.
