Beautiful 2-Bed Apartment next to Gibraltar

The booking.com site I booked the property on stated city views the view was a building. It also advertised that it is walking distance to Gibraltar. It’s a 15 plus minute drive. My biggest beef is I did not notice the 100 eu damage deposit or I wouldn’t have booked it. After arranging a time to pick up key and the owner no showing we arranged a second time. When we finally connected at 9:30 pm was informed I could pay cash for the damage deposit but they would not reimburse it the next day on my 8 am departure because it was too early. I could pay by credit card but they didn’t know how to refund it. We agreed on a bank transfer. I gave my info and still have not received it. I would never book this unit because the host did not show up to let us in when a time was agreed upon and the damage deposit is a scam. I’ll change review if I ever receive it. The worst experience I’ve had with booking.com . I’ve lodged a complaint and hope it can be resolved
