The communal areas of the building (halls and stairs) felt a bit intimidating, I was glad I wasn't alone. It's an upstairs apartment so wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues.
GBThe apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Moseley and very convenient for us to visit our daughter who lives there. The check in and key pick up information was very clear. The apartment was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The road it's set on is just off the main road but there was no traffic noise. On site parking was a bonus. Will definitely book again.
If I had to be picky, the arm of the settee has some damage on it.

GBA perfect landlord with a perfect apartment in a lovely calm safe scenic area of Moseley. The landlord was very pleasant and arrived at the property to help me get in and up the stairs into the apartment. It's all very beautiful and comfortable. The shower was amazing! super jet top graded. Very equipped in all the essentials and tea and cleaning products. It even had toothpaste and shower gels. I will definitely come back. This was safe and secure too. It was quite outside and at night. Thank you.
GBThe apartment was really clean and welcoming,, beds comfy, a real home from home. Tea, coffee making facilities and a bottle of milk in the fridge which was so good compared to most places with cartons of uht. Host sent clear instructions on how to get keys and even messaged to ask if I'd managed to sort heating. If I'm ever over that way again I'll definitely be looking to book here.

GBGBA very warm welcome from the host, handed over the keys and showed us around the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped, with complimentary tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits provided. Living room has comfortable sofas, very spacious and tv had access to all channels including Netflix. Bedroom is cosy and mattress is very comfortable. The entire apartment was extremely clean including the bathroom with enough toiletries provided. Very quiet building, had no problems with noise considering it was the bonfire weekend. Apartment had access to heating and wifi throughout. Plenty of free parking was also a bonus. The location is amazing with many food/dessert places and supermarkets just a walking distance. The host was very kind and checked that we was alright during our stay. I would highly recommend this place, very reasonable price, felt like a home from home. will definitely be booking again in the near future. Thank you so much for looking after us and for a lovely stay.
Front door has a glass window which allows people to see from outside the hallway, could do with getting this covered. Otherwise no issues at all.
