Beautiful peaceful getaway cottage.

Comfort, warmth, fire with turf. Cooking facilities perfect. Lovely welcome goodies. Milk in fridge and butter. Absolutely spotless. Lovely shower and just cozy cottage vibes.

The location was what we wanted. Quiet, in the countryside. The view from the window was idylic, only cows and sheep and a friendly farmer and gorgeous collie Mulley for neighbours. It was lovely to sit out and enjoy the peacefulness. We were provided with a thoughtful welcome package of food items to keep us happy until we were able to go shopping. I enjoyed reading the booklet on the rebuilding of this little cottage.

The double bed had a comfortable matress but was small. I ended up in the bunk bed. For a cottage that was otherwise well equipped I did miss having a hair drier. The settee was was on the low side for us.
